Mrs. Frampton Dies Friday in Michigan
Mrs. D. L. (Vivian) Frampton, former longtime Dalhart resident, died Friday afternoon about 4 o'clock in Mason, Michigan. She had lived there several years to be near her daughter, Lucille Blodgett. She will be brought back to Dalhart for services and burial. Services are pending with Schooler - Gordon Funeral Directors of Dalhart.
Survivors include two sons, Arlin of Amarillo in Delacy of Lamesa; another daughter, Dorothy Maul, of Lansing, Michigan; three brothers, Leland Firestone and Kenneth Firestone, both of Dalhart and Clifford Firestone of Purmela, Texas.

Services For Mrs. Frampton Held Today
Funeral services for Vivian Frampton, 88, of Mason, Michigan, former longtime Dalhart resident, were held this morning at 10:00 in the Schooler-Gordon Funeral Chapel. Reverend Bob Green of the Lakeview United Methodist Church officiated.
Nancy Chism was organist for soloist Ruth Klopping who sang In the Garden and Sweet Hour of Prayer.
Pallbearers were John Hancock, A.O. Sweet, Bill Hamilton and Don Stout.
Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Frampton died Friday in Mason. she was born June 1st, 1895 in Columbia, Ohio. She moved to Dalhart in 1908 where she lived until four years ago when she moved to Michigan to be near a daughter.
She was a housewife.
Her husband, D. L., preceded her in death on September 22nd, 1976.
Survivors are two sons, W. A. (Arlin) Frampton of Amarillo; Delacy Frampton Jr. of Lamesa; two daughters, Lucille Blodgett of Mason, Michigan, Dorothy Maul of Lansing, Michigan; three brothers, Leland Firestone and Kenneth Firestone, both of Dalhart, Clifford Firestone of Purmela, Texas; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
