Mrs. Clara Woodrum Fitch, 77, will be buried Tuesday in Cunningham Memorial Park in St. Albans following funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at Bartlett Funeral Home with the Rev. William E. Albright officiating.
Mrs. Fitch died Saturday in a Charleston hospital after an extended illness. She was a widow of J. A. Fitch, a pharmacist and owner of Fitch's Drug Store at 1823 Bigley Ave.
She was the sister of John Woodrum of Miami, Fla., a founder of Woodrums' home furnishing co. here. She had been a life long resident of Charleston and held membership in Humphrey's Memorial Methodist Church.
In addition in her brother, she is survived by three daughters, Miss Mary Genevieve Fitch and Mrs. Jeanne Shelton of Charleston and Mrs. W.G. Harper of South Charleston; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
