George H. Trier of Smithmill, died Saturday in the Philipsburg State Hospital. He was born in Cambria Mills Nov. 12, 1880, the son of Jacob and Jane (Dixon) Trier, and married Sadie Conrad. Surviving are his wife, three sons, Paul E. of Lancaster, Glenn R. of Long Island, N.Y., and Edward M. of Cleveland, Ohio; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Verbenia Fern of Altoona. Friends are being received at the Troxell Funeral Home, Glasgow.
