Daughter of Delphia Condo, Tammy was the baby of the family. She was kind and family oriented.

Tammy was not only my youngest sister, but she was my best friend. We raised our children together and just got started with sharing the joys of grandchildren.

In February, 2004, she was told she had a GOOD six months left. She was granted a final wish. In

In March, she spent part of the money to take the children of close family members on a day in St. Louis, Missouri. Her itinerary for the kids included the zoo, a riverboat ride on the "Margaret Thatcher" riverboat on the Mississippi River, and finished the day at Chucky Cheese. Though it wore her out, she enjoyed watching the kids enjoying themselves.

In April, the other part of her wish was a blowout Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. She had games, prizes, hidden eggs, a pinata and the kids had a great time as did the adults.

Her favorite trick to do for our Easter parties, was to take a small plastic egg, put $20 inside, wrap it in black tape and hide it for the men to find. At this particular party, she wanted to really stump them. At her final Easter party, she had the tiny black egg tied to a lightning rod on top of the two-story house. It worked.. :-) she finally stumped the men.

That was the way it was with Tammy and myself, planning parties for no reason and for holidays for our kids (together we had 8 kids),playing jokes on the men and playing pinochle.

Tammy was a fun loving person, full of life and love for the kids and family. She passed away at home, May 2004.
