Frederick Post - December 8, 1955
William E. Staub, retired Southern Railway employee of 1426 21st Street, Washington, died suddenly Tuesday at the age of 73. He was the son of the late Isaac and Mary Staub of near Beallsville and was the last member of his immediate family.
One nephew, Charles Staub, Beallsville, and a niece, Barbara Staub, Washington, survive.
Mr. Staub was a member of Poolesville Lodge 79 I.O.O.F.
The body rests at the funeral home in Barnesville where funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
