MRS. NOLA BARTEE DIES AT AGE 77; FUNERAL TODAY

Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at Mahan's Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Nola Bartee, 77, widow of Mr. M. A. Bartee.
She died at 1:40 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Burton Creson, five miles west of Huntsville.
The Rev. J. P. Grant, pastor of the First Baptist Church conducted the services.
Besides Mrs. Creson, she is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. Clarence Dankert of Detroit and Mrs. Granville Crump of Sturgeon; three sons, J. C. Bartee of Springfield, Mo., Melville A. Bartee of Fresno, Cal., and Harve Bartee of Moberly; a sister, Mrs. Jerry Miller of Huntsville; a brother, George T. Swetnam of Long Beach, Cal.; and 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bartee was born six miles northeast of Huntsville and had lived in Randolph County most of her life.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.
