H. P. Rice, Hebron pioneer, died at his home at 10:30 this morning. Infirmities incident to old age were the cause of death. Mr. Rice, who was 75 years of age, had been in poor health for some time. Besides the widow, one sister, Mrs. George Meeks of Mortain, Okla., and a nephew, Harry Meeks of this city, remain to mourn his death.
Short funeral services will be held rom the home Saturday afternoon at 3:30 with burial in the Hebron cemetery.
