Services for Joseph Pauley
Set Tuesday
Funeral services for Joseph Pauley will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Thornton-Mason Chapel with Rev. Cecil Thompson, pastor of the Western Avenue Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Thornton-Mason Mortuary.
Pauly, 70, died Friday in Jacumba where he had been living for the past month. He was retired from the maintenance service of the Brawley School District 9elementary) and had lived in Brawley for 20 years. He was born in Cerrogorda, Ark.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth and Wayne of Brawley; two daughters, Mrs. Andrew Reed of Brawley and Mrs. Joline Thomas of Westmorland; three sisters, Miss Bessie Pauley, Mrs. Nora McCain and Mrs. Fannie Williams of Cape Medford, Okla.; 17 grandchildren and two great grandsons.
