Frank John Listvan, age 62, went home to be with the Lord December 6, 2008, at his home in Denison, Texas surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Mr. Listvan was born Feb. 6, 1946 in La Grange, Texas, the son of Adolph and Marie (Jurek) Listvan. Frank worked for the Katy Railroad from 1964 to 1988. Then he owned his own business, Listvan Remodeling Services in Denison from 1988 until his retirement in 2002. Frank married the love of his life, Sue Ferguson on March 2, 2003. He was a member of Waples United Methodist Church. Frank was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr. Listvan is survived by his wife, Sue Ferguson Listvan; daughters, Pam Brown and husband Marc, Becky Griffin and husband John, and Debbie Errico and husband Al; step-daughters, Amanda Fisher and husband Bill, and Tona Turner; grandchildren, Dylan and Kinzie Griffin, Abby, Maddie and Sydnee Errico; step-grandchildren, Dylan Ashlock, Manda Smith and husband Matt, Macy Turner, Blake, Brandon and Hannah Fisher; great-granddaughter, Giana Smith; brother, Joseph Listvan; sisters, Marie Pankratz, and Margaret Bridges.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to National Parkinson's Foundation at www.parkinsonfoundation.org or the American Cancer Society, 3301 W. Freeway, Ft. Worth, TX 76107. Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, Denison.
