Fern Campbell, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, died Sunday, July 12, 2009. She left behind her children, Bonnie and Clint Campbell; and her very special grandchildren, Travis and Daniel. Fern was born to Bert and Mable Eminger on May 19, 1920, in Wenatchee WA. Her singing career in her high school days received attention from the Julliard School of Music. She attended Whitman College and the UW, earning her BA degree in Music. During WWII, she was stationed with the Red Cross at Fort George Wright, in Spokane WA. She was a lifelong resident of Chelan, married to Dan Campbell for 46 years.
Graveside Services will be held at the Fraternal Cemetery, Saturday, July 18, 2009, in Chelan, at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
