Della was born April 12, 1916 in Stone County, Arkansas to Doss and Lucy (Taylor) Trammell.

She was a member of Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and sister.

She is survived by sons; Jimmy Long and wife Aleta and Huey Long and wife Lou all of Mtn. View; daughter, Lynn Young and wife Bill of Searcy; brothers, R. H. Trammell of Kansas City, Kans. and A.J. Trammell of Washington State; sister, Dosha Gilbert of Mtn. View; nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren and many loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen, two grandchildren, five brothers and five sisters.

Visitation is 1 – 2 p.m., Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mtn. View.

Funeral service is 2 p.m., Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mtn. View with Bro. Junior Avey officiating and interment in Oak Grove Cemetery in Newnata.
