He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Donna Hart Williams; three sons, Bradley Dwane Williams of Benton, Tracy Kendell Williams of Arkadelphia and Brandon Chad Williams of Conway; five brothers, Roy Joe Williams and James R. Williams of Arkadephia, Donald Williams of Little Rock, Jackie Williams of Alexander, Charles Williams of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Thelma Jean Higgins of Little Rock, Judy Bartlett of Jacksonville, Mary Hayden of Bryant; Three grandchildren, Joshua Bradley Williams, Mallory Nicole Williams and Katlin Denea Williams.
Funeral service will be at the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Rev. Gary Jennings and Rev. Brian Henry officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
