Mr. Paul Leon Cox, age 71, of Cedartown, GA, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2009 following a sudden illness. Mr. Cox was retired from Goodyear as Plant Manager after 28 years of services, and also serviced in the United States Army. Mr. Cox was born October 19, 1937 in Polk Co. to the late Clifford Paul & Nettie Bell Cox, and was preceded in death by a daughter Nancy Katrine Cox. Surviving are his wife Nancy Cox, Sons and Daughter in law Anthony & Wanda Cox and Randall Cox, Daughters and Son in law Leann & Michael Wiggins and Tona Chevez, Brothers and Sister in law J.D. & Ruby Cox and Billy Cox, Two Sisters Evelyn Brown & Geraldine May, Seven Grandchildren, Nine Great Grandchildren and a number of Nieces & Nephews
Funeral services for Paul Leon Cox will be conducted Graveside Sunday April 19, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the North View Cemetery. The Family will receive friends Saturday April 18, 2009 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the Lester Litesey Funeral Home. The following will server as Pallbearers Casey Glen, James McKnight, Joshua Tinnan, Casey Cox, Brandon Chavez and Juan Chavez. The Lester Litesey Funeral Home has charge of the services.
