Bradenton, FL--Arthur W. Austin died Oct. 29, 2005. He was born Sept. 4, 1932, in Yakima, WA, and graduated from Lacrosse High School, in 1950. He attended the Perry Institude and graduated in1952. He then entered the army for two years, and returned to Yakima. He owned several businesses in then automotive field including a service station. He retired to Bradenton, FL, after 19 years with the Toyota Motor Corp.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Barbara J. Austin, and sons, Paul A. Austin, of Bellevue, WA, and Dr. Russell W. Austin, of Bradenton, FL., and 3 grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Evangel Babtist Church, where he was an active member.
