The Evening Sun, Saturday February 13, 1932

Jesse T. Wolfgang, Brodbeck, died this morning at 4 o'clock in the Hanover General Hospital, where he had been brought last evening by his physician, Dr. R. R. Stoner, Glenville. Death was due to a heart condition and pneumonia. He was aged 29 years.
County Coroner Dr. L. U. Zech was notified and issued the death certificate. Mr. Wolfgang, who had been employed as a laborer on the state road, had been ill since Tuesday of the past week.
Surviving him are his wife, who before marriage was Miss Hester Brenneman, five children, Treva, Walter, Kenneth, Anna Mae and William Wolfgang, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Wolfgang, Brodbeck RD 1, and the following brothers and sisters: George, Willis, Sarah, Mary, Jacob, Lizzie, Lettie, Emma, Eva, Lewis, Jr., and John Wolfgang, all of Brodbeck.
He was a member of the Brodbeck Band and of St. Jacob's (Stone) Church. The body was removed to the funeral home of G. W. Geiple and Son, Glen Rock, to be prepared for burial and will be removed to his home Sunday. The funeral will be held Tuesday morning with services conducted at the residence at 10 o'clock and concluding services at Stone Church. Burial will be made in the cemetery adjoining the church.
