Miss Fambrough
BRECKENRIDGE (RNS) - Miss Katie Mabel Fambrough, 86, of Breckenridge, died at 1 a.m. Saturday in Villa Haven nursing home after a long illness. Funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Melton's Chapel of Memories. Officiating will be the Rev. Claude Harris of Olden Baptist Church, the Rev. Easton Brewster of Eastland First Baptist Church and the Rev. Rudy Fambrough of Bradshaw Baptist Church. Burial will be in Wayland Cemetery south of Breckenridge. Born Dec. 20, 1885, in Eastland, she moved to Stephens County in 1890. The family lived in Raymondville from 1928 until 1948, when they returned to Breckenridge. Miss Fambrough was a member of the Breckenridge First Baptist Church. Survivors are a sister, Miss Emma Fambrough of Breckenridge; three brothers H.G. Fambrough of Clifton, D.G. Fambrough of Eastland and C.N. Fambrough of Breckenridge. Nephews will be pallbearers.
