Patricia A. (Ronk) Rainey, 71, 299 Red Hill Addition, Springville, died at 7:08 a.m. Wednesday at Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born March 21, 1936, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of William E. and Louise (Rosemeyer) Ronk. She married Richard Dale Rainey on Nov. 26, 1971, and he survives. She was a homemaker and employed at LARC as an ADA program manager. Her compassion in life was working with the handicapped. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Bedford. Surviving with her husband, Richard Rainey of Springville, are three sons: Ronnie Rainey of Springville and Jimmy Duzan and Scott Duzan, both of Mississippi; two grandchildren: Julie Carter and Jessica Jones; two great-grandchildren: Jocelyn Carter and Samantha Jones; one brother, Willima Ronk and wife Carrole of Panama City, Fla.; two aunts: Jean Trumpey and Ruth Rady, both of Indianapolis; three nieces: Lynette Shields and husband Bill of Panama City, Fla., Carle Mase and husband Tracy of Naples, Italy, and Theresa Marvin and husband Eric of Bossier City, La.; and one nephew, Billy Ronk and wife Ashley of Homestead, Fla. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Father Rick Eldred officiating. Burial will be in Springville West Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home in Bedford. There will be a rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be: Jody Willett, Greg Rainey, Frank Basinger, Curtis Stroud, Steve Henderson and Mike Miller.
