He worked with contractor Louis Roy of Red Lake Falls from 1948 to 1953, and then in 1953 he went to work as a maintenance engineer for St. John's Hospital in Red Lake Falls until
retiring in 1976. After his retirement, he worked at St. Joseph's Catholic Church and school and also Sunset Court Senior Site in Red Lake Falls.
Wilfred A. Audette, 76, of Red Lake Falls died unexpectedly in his home on October 27.
Survivors include his wife, Annette of Red Lake Falls; one son, Delbert of Red Lake Falls; one daughter, Mae Doty of Omaha Nebraska; one brother, Lester of Crookston; one
sister, Florence Normandin of Crookston and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and an infant sister.
