Niles P. Phillips died at his home on the Lyndhurst Road this morning at 6:55 o'clock following an illness of some time. He was about 47 years of age. Survivors include his widow and several children.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at eleven o'clock from the Alexander Funeral Home on West Main Street. Rev. D. B. Garber, pastor of the Waynesboro Church of the Brethren, will be in charge. Interment will follow in River View Cemetery.
