John W. Letcher of 5822 Beale Ave, who died unexpectedly yesterday morning was born in Blandburg, on June 27, 1907 a son of John B and Grace (Smith) Letcher and married Mabel Lovell. Surviving are his wife, two children, Mrs. Dorothy Jean Smith and John G of Canton Ohio, four grandchildren, his mother, in Blandburg, a brother and sister, Robert L. of Williamsport and Mrs Sara Bloom of Blandburg. Mr Letcher was superintendent of the Blair Clay Products Company at Coburn. Mr. Letcher had been in ill health for some time and was recently hospitalized. Friends will be received at the Troxell Funeral Home , Glasgow, after 7 p.m. today. Dec 1, 1906
