"Etta's address was 114 Forrest Avenue, Fredericksburg, Va. 22401.
Father was James E. Hicks; Mother's maiden name was Etta Martin.
Immediate cause of death: congestive heart failure, due to myocardial infraction, arctics heretic cardiovascular disease, and bronchitis".

They have 5 children: Harold Norton Seay Sr., Etta Arlene, Jean Audrey, Lois Gray, and Harriet Juanita Seay.
