Faye E. Underwood, 90, passed away March 31, 2015 peacefully in Vancouver, Washington. She was born December 14, 1924 in Knoxville, Tennessee to John Alexander and Edith Perry.
Faye married the love of her life, Orville Underwood, in 1943 in Tennessee. During World War II, the couple moved out west to Washington State.
Faye was known to be a very hard worker. She loved decorating and contractor work. Her tenacity in the contracting field led to her becoming the first female contractor in Washington State in the 1960's.
Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Orville in 1989 and her grandson, Troy in 2010
