Mrs. All was born in Colleton County, daughter of the late Calvin and Emma Kinard O'Quinn.
Survivors include two sons, Raymond All of St. Petersburg, Va., and Walter B. All of Charleston; three daughters, Mrs. Banna Spillards of Columbia, Mrs. Irene Minihan of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Katie Lee Scott of Stantonville, Tenn. and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Penile Baptist church at 3:30 Friday afternoon by the Rev. Glenn Tallent and the Rev. Lester Cook. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Peeples Funeral service in Hampton until the hour of service.
