CHERAW - Services for Harriet Foxworth Eskridge, 58, will be held at 4 p.m. today, May 18, 2001 at Faith Presbyterian Church of Cheraw, with burial in Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens. Kiser Funeral Home is in charge.
Mrs. Eskridge died Tuesday, May 15, 2001. She was a daughter of the late Richard M. and Clyde Evans Foxworth of Marion. Mrs. Eskridge was a graduate of Winthrop College with a B.A. in Sociology-Psychology, the University of Alabama with a Master of Social Work and of Francis Marion University, with a Master of Elementary Education. She was a founding second grade teacher and former headmaster of Faith Christian Academy, a member of Faith Presbyterian Church, the Women in the Church and the Cheraw Area After 5, Christian Women's Club.
Surviving are her husband, Robert (Bob) F. Eskridge Jr. of Cheraw; daughter, Elizabeth L. Wohlwinder and husband, Brian, of Sumter; brother, R. Maxcy Foxworth Jr. of Marion; and 1 grandchild.
