Mrs. Catherine D. Trundle
Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine D. Trundle, 83, widow of James E. Trundle who died at her home in Gaithersburg on Sunday after an illness of several weeks were held at the home Tuesday afternoon. Rev. Raymond P. Black, Rector of Ascension Episcopal Church, Gaithersburg and Chartist Church, Rockville and Rev. Spence Dunbar of Washington, former Rector of the two churches, officiated and burial was in Rockville Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Trundle was a daughter of the late Thomas J.D. Bowie and was a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. She at one time lived in Rockville and for the past 50 years had made her home in Gaithersburg. She is survived by two sisters, Miss Minnie W. Bowie and Miss Lucy Leigh Bowie, both of Baltimore.
