Death of Mrs. Lash
Mrs. Lee Lash, after a week’s illness, died Monday night at her home south of town. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at Tennessee church conducted by Rev. Charles Rose. Burial at Amity. Deceased was born Nov. 15, 1875 in Nineveh township. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Elliott. The funeral was attended by a large crowd of relatives and friends, whose sympathies were aroused by the sadness of the death. An infant daughter, born one week before the mother’s death, is living.
