Jessie Mae Edwards Barrow, 86, of Bunnell, Fla., and formerly Henry County, died Saturday, July 3, 2004, at Grand Oaks Nursing Home.
She was born in Foster Falls on June 30, 1918, a daughter of Charles Hugh Edwards and Nannie Brown Edwards. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Hadden Barrow; a daughter, Mary Naomi Findley; three sisters, Lola Lane, Della Crowder, Gladys Robinson; and four brothers, Earl Edwards, Reuben Edwards, Elmer Edwards and Rufus Edwards.
She retired from Fieldcrest Mills.
Surviving are a daughter, Emma Louise Phippins of Florida; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. July 17 at Pleasant Grove Christian Church on Preston Road, Martinsville. The Rev. Gary Edwards will preside.
