Dolores V. Pearson, 80, a twelve-year resident of Wenatchee, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2003.

She was born May 26, 1922, in Detroit Lakes, MN, to Andrew and Johanna Diemert. She was the youngest of eight children. She married Alfred Pearson Oct. 9, 1943, and in 1946, moved to Alderwood Manor where they resided until 1982. After retirement, they moved to the Wenatchee area. During retirement, they enjoyed winters in Arizona and summers in Eastern Washington, fishing and traveling. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in East Wenatchee. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Beverly Pearson, of Lynnwood; two daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Don Morgan of Coeur d'Alene, ID, and Linda and Mark Magnuson of East Wenatchee; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-six years, her beloved Al, and all of her brothers and sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003 at Wenatchee Cemetery with Pastor Matthew Morgan and Reverend Elmer Haight officiating. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to a favorite charity.

Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
