Margaret Ann Barton Burson, age 65, of Winnfield, La., passed away Sunday, July 15, 2007, at Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield, La.
Mrs. Burson is the daughter of the late James Barton and the late Hattie (McLain) Barton.
She is survived by: two Sons, Scott Zimmerman and wife Tracy of Winnfield, La. and Mickey Zimmerman and wife Debra of Winnfield, La.; one Daughter, Robbin Timmons and husband Billy of Alexandria, La.; one brother, Julius Barton and wife Lula B. of Winnfield, La.; seven grandchildren: Destinee, D'Lane, Devon, Danielle, Dillon, Brandy and Erica.
Mrs. Burson is also survived by two great grandchildren: Reagan and Fisher; One nephew Bob Barton and one a nice Patricia Crane.
Funeral services for Mrs. Burson will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Sardis Baptist Church with Reverend Danny Keyes officiating. Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery near Winnfield under the direction of Southern Funeral Home. Friends may visit with the family in the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday at the church from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
Pallbearers will be: Tony Sandifer,Charlie Clark, John Evans, Dillon McCartney D'Lane Zimmerman, Jimmy DaleZimmerman. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Fisher Reynaud, Ryan Reynaud, and James Evans.
