John T. Green
John T. Green 78, died of cerebral effusion at the county home at 9:30 yesterday morning. He had been ill since Jan. 2.
Mr. Green was born in brown county, Ill., Aug. 7, 1847, the son of William and Mary Ransom Green. He lived in Illinois for 21 years before moving to this vicinity, where he lived the remainder of his life. He came to the county home in September, 1924. He had been a cooper.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Emma Cook of Rock Island, and two brothers, George of Lone Tree and Hiram of Muscatine.
The body has been removed to the Fairbanks Home for Funerals where it will remain until funeral arrangements are made.

Funeral services for John T. Green, who died at the county home Sunday morning, were held from the Fairbanks Home for Funerals at I0 o’clock this morning, in charge of the Rev. E. A. Bentzinger. Interment was in the Nichols cemetery.
