Surviving are three daughters, Mary Younger and Betty Swango of Bedford, Helen Gillum of Pasco, Washington; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Stipp, one brother, one sister and a grandson.
Services will be Day and Carter Mortuary, with Rev. Richard Chase officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Run Cemetery.
