Harry E. Adams, 81, of Rushville, passed away at 1 AM, on July 12, 2009 at his home.

Harry was born November 6, 1927 in Rushville, IN to Harry and Hester (Bullard) Adams. He married Clara Starkey on September 25, 1948, she survives.

He worked several years in maintenance with Rush Memorial Hospital, PPG (Knauf) in Shelbyville several years and retired in 1992 from Chrysler in New Castle where he was an electrician. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Rushville and was a BM2 in the US Navy, serving in WW2.

He leaves behind his Wife; Clara, Son; Gary of Rushville and Daughter; Pam Fisher of Rushville, Granddaughters; Cory & husband James Parker and Toni & husband Dennis Cross, both of Rushville, great grandchildren; Joel Adams, Brann, Colin & Cody Cross, Adina Parker and Josephine Tungate.

He was preceeded in death by a Daughter; Rebecca Adams, 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters.

Pastor Mick Saunders will preside.

Memorials: Hospice of Decatur County.

Visitations: 11:30AM to 1:00PM on Wednesday, July 15th, 2009 at Moster Mortuary.

Services: 1:00PM at Moster Mortuary on Wednesday, July 15th, 2009.

Cemetery: East Hill Shrine Mausoleum, Rushville, IN.
