William Otis Blair, 66, of Coldwater, passed away Saturday, Jan 11, 2003, at St. Luke's in Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Blair was born in Lansing, the son of Leslie W. and Sylvia (Phelps) Blair. Mr. Blair retired in 1994 from the Matalloy Foundry in Hudson. Mr. Blair was a life member Yesterday and Today Threshing Club of Litchfield. He also belonged to the Salvation Army and bowling league for tow years.
He married Shirley M Ellis on Oct. 24, 1970, and she survives. Also surviving are two children, Sylvia (Barry) Lambright of Quincy and Billy (Tanya) Blair of Montgomery; one sister, Nedra Crawford of Reading; four grandchildren, Shelby Blair, Ashlynn Lambright, Kathryn Blair and Austin Lambright; six nieces; five nephews; six great-nieces and 11 great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
