Dr. J.H.Cathcart who signed on William's DC stated that he treated him from Feb. 1931 to Dec. 17, 1931, which is the day he last saw William alive. It's also the day William passed. Dr. John Harris Cathcart was either William's regular physician, or just the one who treated his last ailment that year.
