On August 18, 1921, Leone and John Delore Garr were married. John was born in Millville, the son of Johnny and Elizabeth Ann Hulse Garr. He attended school and assisted his mother, who was widowed before he was born. He was a veteran of World War I, having served in the 76th Infantry; and he was a member of the American Legion.
Leone was active in LDS Church callings, serving in the auxiliaries, as a member of the choir, and as Assistant Ward Librarian for many years.
Delore served as Chairman of the Genealogy Committee and in the Presidency of the Sunday School and YMMIA. He was employed for many years at the Utah General Depot in Ogden.
They were the parents of six children: Cyril Delore (Lila Leatham), Phyllis (Merle Kingsford), Lawanna (Max Smith), Dennis T.(Connie Balls), Farrell W. (Dee Snell) and Gwenda (David E. Wilson).
