WALTER L. STAMSOS
Walter L. Stamsos, 76, a former Missoula resident, died at his Woodburn, Ore., home Tuesday.
A Great Falls native, he served in the Navy during World War I, moved to Butte in 1920 and moved to Missoula in 1954. He was a retired employee of Anaconda Building Materials. He moved to Oregon in 1968.
He was a member of the Masons, American Legion and VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Mary.
Funeral serviced will be in Woodburn Friday. Burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery.
