Cleve W. Carr, 83, of Eloy, died Oct. 19, 2002 at RTA Hospice House.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Casa Grande Chapel. The funeral there will follow at 10, with Pastor Randy Campbell officiating.

Mr. Carr was born June 24, 1919. He was a farm laborer and owned and operated a used book store in Eloy. He was a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Survivors include his wife, Dora; three stepdaughters: Ann Petty, of Watonga, OK, Kathy Whitfield and Ruby Von Ronne, both of Casa Grande; a stepson, Earl McGaha, of Wooster, OH; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Alvin Carr.
