He was born on July 21, 1912, in Clay City, Kentucky, the son of Franklin Pierce Adams and Emma Reynolds.

He enlisted in the US Army on January 18, 1941, and was discharged on January 19, 1943.

Everett and Mae L. Teer were married on March 27, 1951, in Montgomery County, Ohio.

He was a machine operator in motor vehicles and motor vehicle equipment.

Private graveside services were held with burial in David,s Cemetery, Kettering, Ohio.
