I Therrissa A. Brown of the County of Morgan and State of Kentucky of the age of 42 years, and being of sound disposing mind and memory do make publish and declear this my last will and testament in Maner following that is to say.
I Bequeath to my two sons W. N. Brown and A. T. Brown one store housegoods and personal property and Debts thereunto Belonging unto said store the Style of the firm W. B. Brown and Co. making them equal partners with the under Standing that the Two Boys is to provide for two of my Daughters till married or of 21 years of age. Boys is to give the girls fifteen Dollars a piece in Kitchen furnature or in Cash when Married or at the age of
21 years old also they are to give Maud M. Brown on Side Saddle or five Dollars in cash also the boys are to give the girls one Sow a piece or five Dollars in cash when Married or at the age of 21 years old also the two Boys are to furnish Evert Brown with property and Household goods as his brother Edward L. Brown was when married or at the age of 21 years old. Second I Bequeath to two of my Daughters Flosella and Maud M. Brown one Bed Stead and it furnished with Beds and Bed Clothing a piece also one heifer a piece. Third I Bequeath to Evert Brown one Bed Stead also Bed furnishing. Fourth I Bequeath to my son Arther F. Brown the remainder of all my house hold goods and one Cow. Fifth I bequeath to five of my Daughters on Dollar a Piece their names Being Angie Nancy Lonella Arnola and Victora. Sixth I hereby appoint Wallace N. Brown the Sole executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former will by me at any time made Inwitness whereof I hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 27th Day of July 1900

This foregoing instrument was at the Date thereof Signed Seald published decleared by said testator presence of us who at her request in her presence and the presence of each other has subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I F. M. Hutchinson Clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid do certify that the foregoing last will and testament of Therrissa A. Brown, was on the 27th day of August 1900 filed and properly docketed it being the first day of a regular term of the Morgan County Court proof being taken said Will was ordered to lay over 30 days for exceptions and at the regular September Term of the Morgan County Court on the 25th Day of September 1900 there being no exceptions files said Will was probated and ordered to be recorded which is now done, together with this certificate in my said office. Given under my hand this 22nd day of May, 1901.
