Manilla Spicer, 101, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000 at Sunbridge Nursing Center. Born June 10, 1898, she was a Protestant by faith. She is survived by two sons, Floyd (Wanda) Spicer, and Clyde (Barbara) Spicer of New Lexington; Helen (Rollo) Kuse, of Mt. Clemens, Mi., numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wm. in 1950, her parents, Adam Marion Starner and Cora Dixon Starner; children, Verlon Spicer, Eunice Walker, Eva Nutter; brothers, Henry, Harold and Leonard Starner; sisters, Ruth (Joseph) Abram, Mildred (Burrell) Steele, and grandson Leslie Nutter. Services, Dec. 27 Chute-Wiley Funeral Home by Rev. Larry Brisker
