"The will of Catherine Kilgus, dated March 25, 1907, and offered for probate in the County Court, directs that $200 be paid to Cave Hill Investment Company, the proceeds from which shall be used in maintaining her lot in the cemetery. The rest of the property goes equally to the following; Carolina Best, cousin; Minnie Sale, cousin; Sophia Weber, cousin; Joseph Wolf, cousin; J. C. Kilgus, husband's brother; Rosina Lauer, husband's sister; Mary Rush, husband's sister; children of Fred Kilgus, husband's brother; children of Matt Kilgus, husband's brother, children of Dora Schott, husband's sister. J. C. Kilgus is named executor."
