Lonaconing--Daniel "Kenny" Logsdon, 58, died yesterday at his home here. Born in Barton, he was a son of Mrs. Mary Ann (McGimpsey) Logsdon, Lonaconing, (sic-Barton) and the late William Logsdon. The proprietor of a Barton restaurant, Mr. Logsdon was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church, the Holy Name Society of the parish and the James P. Love Post, American Legion. Surviving, besides his mother, are his widow, Mrs. Mae (Barry) Logsdon, five daughters, Mrs. Rita Hartley, Baltimore; Mrs. Mary Ann McGreevy, Cumberland; Mrs. Eleanor Sheally, Cleveland, and Mrs. Patsy Keyes and Mrs. Monica Mason, both of Lonaconing; two sons, John Logsdon, Baltimore, and Kenneth Logsdon, Lonaconing; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Howell and Mrs. Lula Howell, both of Barton; three brothers, William Logsdon, Barton; Charles Logsdon, Washington, and Dell Zell Logsdon, Canal Zone, and seven grandchildren. The body is at the residence. A requiem mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Church by Rev. Charles W. Bogan, pastor. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
