Macedonia-- Clydie Mills Ackerman, wife of Ludie Ackerman, died Thursday in a Charleston hospital.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Russell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Ackerman was born March 30, 1910, in Berkeley County, a daughter of Julius M. Mills and Lelia Gaskins Mills. She was a member of Helping Hand Pentecostal Holiness church.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, Fletcher Ackerman of Charleston and Marvin Ackerman of Orangeburg; two daughters, Maxine Clark of John's Island and Beulah
Lindsey of Frankfort?, Ky., three sisters; G? Lee Chance of Holly Hill, Collie Causey of Cross and Ella Mae Chance of Moncks Corner; five brothers, Carl Mills of Cross, and Dempsey Mills, Fleetwood Mills, Julian Mills and Claude Mills, all of Macedonia; 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
