Alice Wolfe, 77, of Louisville, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008. She was loved by everyone, especially her family. She always worked hard and tried to help anyone who needed her help. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her, family co-workers from Levis' and Wal-Mart, and her church family from Zion Chapel Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Rev. J.L. Wolfe; son, Larry E. Wolfe; parents, Brunner and Stella Holloway; brother, Edward Holloway; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mamie and Jim Wolfe. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Key of Louisville; brother, Kenneth Holloway and wife, Peggy; sister, Frances Easter and husband, Jack; grandchildren, Stephanie Fielder, Scotty Key, Larry Wolfe Jr. and wife Becky, Lisa Hutsell and husband Brad, Kami Akins and husband Joe; and daughter-in-law, Paula Wolfe; great-grandchildren, Austin and Adison Fielder, Tyler, Bradley, and Valarie Key, Kena, Gina, Reed, and Knecia Wolfe, Adam, Alex, Luke, and Lydia Hutsell, Isaac, Larissa, and Gabriel Akins; special sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Elsie and Glen Hunt, Beatrice Brown, Charlotte Millsaps, Harold and Charlotte Wolfe, Betty Holloway; and all nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008, from 6-8 p.m. and funeral will follow at 8 p.m. at Zion Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Clarence Byrd and Rev. Jack Easter officiating. Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, at Zion Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
