She was born July 9, 1926, in Perry County, Mo., daughter of Albert and Louise Ochs Schamburg. She and Howard W. "Butch" Hagan were married July 19, 1969.
Hagan retired from International Shoe Co. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, American Legion Post 133 Auxiliary, and VFW Post 4282 Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; two stepsons, Robert Hagan of Perryville, Roger Hagan of Altenburg, Mo.; and a sister, Evelyn Schamburg of Denver, Colo.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, and Sunday from 8 to 11:30 a.m.
The funeral will be at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
