August Hielke
Ripon-August A. Hielke, 76, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon at his home at 316 Doty St., Ripon.
Born in Minsk, Russia, August 26, 1883, son of Adolph and Augusta Ottenberg Hielke, he married Martha Kobernick June 16, 1907, in Green Lake. A retired farmer, he had resided in Town of Brooklyn and in Ripon.
Survivors: his wife; daughters Mrs. Alvin Rudey, Princeton, Mrs. Ira Hutchison and Mrs. Edwin Priebe, both of Ripon, and Eldin Milwaukee; a sister Mrs. James McGraw, West Allis: nine grandchildrn. and brothers William, Ripon, Fred, Fond du Lac, Carl, West Allis, and Frank, Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Peace Lutheran Church, Green Lake, with the Rev. D. E. Hallemeyer in charge.
Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake.
Friends may call at Butzin Funeral Home after noon Thursday until 11 a.m. Friday, and thereafter at the church.
