***** Daddy, on the 26th, it will be 30, years and nothing's changed. I was, 10, when I saw you last, not much has changed. I'am older now, (39) but it seems like 1969, is where, I allowed myself to stay. I'am not proud of myself. I out lived you. I did not join the army or do anything to save my country. I have not even had children, yet! There is alot wrong with me and "1969," is still, a church bell that echos in my head. Please Daddy, release me from this echo, I'am so tired, so very tired. Momma never re-married, she died, (her fire) when you died and loves you, the same, I mean, the exact same! Really! And so do I. I thought, I would be with you, by now. (no pain, just emptiness) Your SON, Willy

***** HELLO DADDY, IT'S YOUR LITTLE GIRL, I'M ALL GROWN UP NOW. I HAVE A WONDERFUL LIFE. I'M A CHRISTIAN. GOD, HAS BLESSED ME WITH 2 WONDERFUL BOYS, A GIFT, FROM GOD! YOUR GRANDSONS. I'VE TOLD THEM ALL ABOUT YOU. I KNOW YOU ARE HERE, BESIDE ME EVERYDAY, DADDY! I MISS AND LOVE YOU, VERY MUCH! BUT I KNOW, IN MY HEART, WE WILL MEET AGAIN, AMEN, AMEN! IT'S VETERAN'S DAY, DADDY. I'M WRITTING THIS, BECAUSE I'M PROUD OF YOU. THANK YOU, DADDY, SO MUCH! MOM IS DOING FINE AND WE ALL ARE TAKING CARE OF HER. I LOVE HER SO MUCH DADDY! I WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR LITTLE GIRL, DADDY! GOD BLESS YOU, DADDY! AMEN, AMEN.
