Our community was deeply saddened by the death of Mr. T.J. Ratliff, which occurred at the home of his son, Mr. J.A. Ratliff, Monday afternoon. Mr. Ratliff had lived to the ripe old age, being about seventy-five years old. He leaves a wife, nine children, and a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends to mourn his death. His remains were laid to rest in Millwood Cemetery, there to await the resurrection morn.
