REMEMBERING A FRIEND
HE WAS A SOLDIER: He served his country honorably and thought highly of his fellow soldiers.
HE LOVED HIS HERTIAGE: Legends and folk tales learned from his Creek grandfathers and grandmothers; mother and father meant much to him, and he became a great teller of stories to his family and friends.
HE LOVED NATURE: It was his great desire to be "at one" wth nature, and he spent many hours, just walking around enjoying trees, flowers, birds and animals.
"Ronnie was the highest ranking non-commissioned sergeant in the Oklahoma National Guard. He was stationed all around Oklahoma but never saw action. A Captain, Major and two Colonels served as casket bearers. It says a lot about Ronnie." by Mike Wendel, lifetime friend.
