Former Resident of County Dies
Word was received Tuesday of the death in Fort Worth later Monday of Mrs. Daisy Dale Nix, 70, wife of John W. Nix, who was a native of Denton and had lived in Fort Worth 23 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fort Worth and vice president of the Fronabarger School reunion at Springtown.
Besides her husband, she is survived by four daughters, Mmes. V. R. King and Dorothy Barry, both of Fort Worth, and Mmes. Elizabeth Strickland and Mildred Carlton, both of Beaumont; a brother, Grover C. Dale, Houston and three granddaughters.
